Global G-4 Review: Global G-4 - 7 inch, 18cm Oriental Chef's Knife. I've worked quite a few kitchens in my life most of them being Japanese restaraunts so I have a little bit of experience with knives and I must say... this Global knife is one of the best I've had the opportunity to use.
